Even today there is a huge number of women in India 
who are deprived of their basic rights like education, are forced into marriage early on, are not allowed to work, and also many don't get to CHOOSE the RIGHT TO BEING HEALTHY!


Before choosing the RIGHT WAY TO GET HEALTHY firstly it's needed to get AWARE about WHAT ARE THE FACTORS controlling our MIND & BODY!

Good health is a key criterion, to be a HEALTHY WOMEN & EVOLVE A BEAUTIFUL FAMILY. 

Here are a few tips to STAY AWESOME:-


NIP THE BUD – STRESS

STRESS can have significant health consequences, from INFERTILITY to DEPRESSION to ANXIETY to even ACNE.
Find the stress-reduction method that works for you and stick with it.
Remember to ENJOY the LITTLE THINGS, slow down, and find ways to get your brain working. READ a good BOOK, PLAY SUDOKU or do MATHS or enjoy GARDENING or PAINTING…or whatever… do those things!

 

Do things that make you think! Just watching television or playing on your phone is not healthy.

 

            EAT TO SATIATE YOUR SOUL – DON’T STARVE FOR THAT PIECE OF CLOTH

 

1.         Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to forgo your favorite JALEBI  or a piece of CHOCOLATE CAKE now and then. The key is moderation.


2.         I recommend limiting AERATED DRINKS, READY TO EAT FOOD, and other PROCESSED FOODS.

       

3.   Many people use all-purpose flour when they could use WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR in cooking. FIBER is good for the body because it helps with HEALTHY BOWEL MOVEMENTS and SOFTENS THE STOOL.


4. Eat your GREENS - Many essential VITAMINS that fight off diseases and form ANTIBODIES come from eating FRUITS AND VEGGIES.


5.         DRINK LIKE A FISH - Hydrating first thing in the morning is incredibly important, and the best way to make sure you do this is by keeping a glass of water on your bedside table and making sure you drink it all as soon as you wake up.



6.         Take time to eat - The one thing to do, no matter what, is sit down and eat a home-made meal at the table (not in front of the TV) with your family each evening.



 

 

GET ACTIVE

1.    Its recommended to exercise at least 30 minutes a day five times a week, but anything is better than nothing.

2.    You can walk around a track for 30 minutes, walk around your neighborhood if it is safe, walk your dog, go to a fitness class at the gym, garden, swim, bicycle and so much more!
